Designed and implemented a relational database in SQLServer to support specialized and complicated contact management features not found in off-the-shelf software packages.
Assisted with the front-end software development. This media company had both MAC and Windows users, so Omnis 7 was used to develop the client software.

Even though there were extreme challenges in reconciling the business' and sales representatives' requirements, the system was successfully developed and utilized by the sales representatives.
